The first step in getting a commission from us is to read this ToS. After you have read this in full,
please feel free to submit a quote form and we will get back to you within 1-3 business days.

Payments and Plans

Prices will be agreed upon by both parties before any work is made on the suit.
Things like size, details, complexity, and time frame can and will affect price.

Paypal fee will be added on top of final suit price, and must be paid by the buyer.

All commissions require a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot in the queue. 

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and will range from 30% - 50% of final cost, depending on total price of the suit.
Fursuit Parts must be paid in full upfront.

Payment plans may be used for commissions. A deposit must be put down, and then the suit has to be paid in full before it will be shipped out. 

We don’t accept payment plans on premade suits. 

Cancellations and Refunds

Completed commissions are not eligible for refunds.

Cancelled commissions that are in process will receive partial refund. The amount paid for the suit, minus the non-refundable deposit.

We reserve the right to change the design and turn cancelled commissions into partials for sale.

Shipping

Buyer pays shipping. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice. 

Please be aware international shipping is EXPENSIVE. If you are outside of the USA be prepared for additional costs.

Additional costs may occur for international orders, depending on tax and duties of the destination country.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

Repairs and Warranty

Please let us know immediately upon arrival if your suit has any sizing issues or damage.

Your fursuit has a warranty of 3 months. This covers sizing adjustments, adhesive failures, holes, or popped seams.
This does not cover damages caused by misuse, rough handling, or neglect. Please make sure to read your included fursuit care guide.

While the suit is under warranty, you may ship the suit back for repairs free of charge. After the 3 months are up you can still have your
suit shipped back and repaired, but you will be charged according to the degree of damage and the scale of repairs needed.

Allergy Warning

We do our best to keep our work area clean and tidy, but please be advised we are a home with both cats and dogs.
They do not make direct contact with the materials or suits, but they do enjoy snoozing in our office while we work.
We cannot guarantee any suits will be 100% allergen free.

Turn Around Times (Deadlines and Completion Dates)

A rough completion date will be given to each buyer when they place their deposit. This is usually 2-4 months.

Update and WIP photos will be available to buyers through our Trello page, and through direct messages.

We do our best to update everyone whose commission is currently in progress on each Sunday of the week.
If your commission is on hold due to waiting on supplies or materials, you won't be updated until said supplies come in.

Age

Commissions can only be placed by those who are 18 and over. 

Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse any client for any reason.
Any current commissioners may be dropped if the commissioner is rude, threatening, or unreasonable.
